The tablet system is a great system to use if you want all your employees to record their hours on the same system. If you have a team which all report in at the depot at the start or the day and finish there at the end of the day, if you have a cafe or restaurant where all your staff work or a warehouse where your staff spend their day!

The tablet system will be automatically set up when you create an account.
To open the Tablet View system follow the directions below:

1. Click the Hamburger icon at the top left of the website.
2. Click the Tablet View button and you will be directed to the tablet view page.
3. Enter your password into the website and it will lock your account so that users aren't able to exit the tablet view without entering the password
4. When your employees want to record a TimeSheet, they can click the Sign In button beside their name.
5. They will be asked to add their password to record this TimeSheet. If you want to know how to turn this off please review the settings section below.
6. When the your employees want to sign out they just need to do the same thing! Click the Sign Out button beside their name and enter their password.

There are a couple of settings which you can change for the Tablet View. 
Adding timesheets manually or Entering your password to record a TimeSheet. To change these settings just follow the prompts below.

1. Open the settings in the website by clicking your name at the top right of website.
2. Click the Settings button.
3. When the settings page loads, click the Tablet View button on the left hand side of the settings page.
4. There will be the two option 
   1. Adding timesheets manually
   2. Entering your password to record a TimeSheet
5. If you want to change these settings, just click the drop down and select the one of your choice!

It's really as easy as that!
